The Administrative Manager represents management/administration during evening, night, and weekend hours. He/she acts by resolving administrative problems and dealing with emergency situations. The Administrative Manager is the resource for hospital and nursing policies and procedures, public relations and risk management. The responsibilities of this position include coordinating activities with ancillary departments, managing staff performance and staffing in all departments for quality of patient care. Minimum Education Requirements
Four years of experience as a staff nurse plus one year of supervisory experience.
Requires current knowledge of the skills of each nursing unit/area, knowledge of ACLS, participation in all annual mandatory in-services, and proficiency in counseling methods used with staff in areas of policy/procedure and expected behavior.
Current Colorado RN Licensure
