We are seeking Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an established practice serving Pueblo and the surrounding area. Provides medical care and treatment to patients in accordance with workers compensation guidelines. Provides this treatment in Pueblo. Provides excellent customer services to employers and workers. Follows all guidelines and policies and procedures as established by CCOM. Must have current Colorado license and DEA certificate. Workers Comp/Injury Management experience required. Prefer Occupational Medicine experience, DOT certification and Level 2 accreditation.

The candidate needs to provide excellent customer services to employers and workers, and follow all guidelines and policies and procedures as established by Centura Center of Occupational Medicine (CCOM).
Current Colorado license
