Schedule: Full Time
Shift: 4-ten hour day shifts, with 1 rotating day off per week. Call-approximately 15 days per month.
This is an non-exempt, working manager position. Approximately 30% patient care, and 60% managerial duties.
Practices personal accountability and leads staff to be personally accountable for the organizational mission and core values. Assumes twenty
four hour responsibility for the operations of the unit in order that quality patient care will be delivered in the most cost effective manner.
Bachelors Degree in appropriate Health Care Field &/or working on bachelors degree
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider certification (must meet American Heart Association guidelines)
Work Experience Requirements
Five years experience in acute care setting
Two years in leadership/management position preferred
RN with current Colorado RN license highly preferred
