Provides statistical and operational analysis through the collection, manipulation, validation, reconciliation,
and reporting of data centered on demographic, financial and claims data. Responsible for developing and
enhancing standardized reporting from these systems. Assists and trains users in understanding processes
and the nature and meaning of data and reports. Partner with customers to identify their needs and solutions.
Responsible for coordinating and performing training on systems for the team, including interpreting data
with actionable results.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Computer Science, Business or related field required
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years' experience in working with data, databases, reporting, and table maintenance preferred.
3 years' experience with systems and analytics Knowledge of healthcare operations and workflows preferred.
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in data handling, report
generation and analysis, including financial and statistical analysis, trends, variance analysis, and
forecasting; able to communicate the same to user groups.
Strong aptitude and proven experience working with all levels of management
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Primary job duties typically require exercising independent judgment.
