This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position based on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado. This position will provide administrative support to the Vice President of HR.
Receives and screens calls. Uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications as required.
Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
Maintains assigned calendar(s).
Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents.
High School diploma or GED.
5 years administrative support at an executive level
Demonstrated skill as a power user of Excel and must be able to do pivot tables, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
Administrative support experience to executive leadership, preferably in HR.
