This position participates in or initiates the design, planning, or implementation of many aspects of a project for the project manager and interfaces with various departments as needed. Responsible for supporting the project team and project manager in regard to development and maintenance of all types of project documentation such as but not limited to schedules, budgets, status, resources, and miscellaneous project deliverables. This position will also coordinate dependencies across teams; participate in the identification of hardware, software, and people requirements; influence people to ensure that projects are completed according to plan; and escalate and resolve issues effectively. The project coordinator will also coordinate workload balancing and assignment task tradeoffs.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, files, memos, and graphic applications utilizing various software programs.
Generates, formats, compiles, analyzes, reconciles, and edits reports, etc.
Processes and/or handles high volume of detailed statistical data, records, reports.
Receives, tracks and manages project deliverables, including implementation of standard project management methodology
Supports the project manager with the maintenance of project plans and schedules
Provides support at project meetings
Assembles data and prepares complex reports
Tracks resources related to project activities/tasks
Interfaces with Project Manager to identify staffing needs and issues

Bachelorâ??s degree or two-year degree and equivalent work experience.
