The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and influencing talent for Advanced Practice Provider and Physician positions. Develops clearly defined recruitment and sourcing strategies, and sets expectations in partnership with the Provider and Physician recruitment team. Creatively and proactively mine social media, networking sites, user groups, passive candidates and the SCL Health candidate database to identify, screen and create talent communities and candidate pipelines for current and future positions. Additionally, this position will ensure that SCL Health is represented in the most accurate and appropriate manner to all candidates.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be on a supportive team of 6 other Sourcing Specialists and reporting to the System Manager of Talent Attraction and Sourcing with SCL Health, who reports to our VP of Talent Acquisition. This position sits in our corporate office in Broomfield, CO three days per week with the option to work two days from home - to support work / life balance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related and/or Associates degree with equivalent experience is required.
Mastersâ™ degree preferred.
1+ yearsâ™ experience in full cycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing.
Ability to develop sourcing and talent strategies to target niche talent pools.
Highly proficient in Web 2.0 and utilization of sourcing tools including social media, cold calling, networking, blogging, Career and Professional Association sites, Boolean searches, as well as professional networking.
3 - 5+ years of physician recruitment and talent sourcing experience with large healthcare organization.
