Works under the supervision of Leader or Patient Services Manager. Responsible for ensuring the food provided to patients complies with written diet orders and patient stated allergies or food intolerance. Performs a variety of tasks associated with the assembly and disassembly of patient trays. Includes delivering carts to nursing units and passing trays to patients. May include inventorying and stocking nursing unit floor stock.
Able to speak, read and write the English language
