Reports to Clinical Manager. Responsible for supporting clinical functions of the Centura Connect clinical team. Along with the Clinical Manager, this position oversees day to day operations of the clinical staff, including staffing, assignments, education, and quality improvement. Depending on departmental needs, this position may include phone time to help meet staffing needs. Position insures accurate and timely communication of policies, procedures and educational information so that efficient functioning of the call center is maintained. Individual masters an understanding of the organization’s mission, policies, procedures and services in order to respond to emerging call center and organizational needs.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Previous clinical call center experience (3-5 years)
Working knowledge of health care systems (clinical and non-clinical)
Experience in leading teams, adult education and coaching preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently
Demonstrated knowledge of use of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
Current Colorado RN license, Current BLS certification
Light Work - exert/lift up to 20 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs frequently
