Registered nurse who works as telephone triage RN in Centura Health Call Center. Answers calls from numerous clients ranging from the general community to physician practice clients, managed care members, and Home Care patients. Performs health assessments using computerized guidelines. Provides general health information using approved references. May provide physician referrals and community service referrals as needed. Due to many client contracts, RN must be able to function in a multi-task environment.
Minimum Education Requirements
Graduate of accredited nursing program
B.S. in nursing preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements
3 years recent hospital, home health, or physician office experience
Computer experience on keyboard (typing 30 wpm) and Windows environment
Current Colorado RN license
Current Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

Answer incoming phone calls for all product lines and provide thorough and accurate telephone triage.*
