Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and recommendations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate and present regular and ad hoc reports for department and system leadership
Responsible for managing scope and completion of work, meeting deadlines, and providing deliverables to the customers or end users. Manages projects, schedules and facilitates meetings as necessary to complete assignments.
Collect data and complete data analysis to inform management and support the decision making process. Evaluate and compare outcomes based on multiple potential scenarios. Ensure data integrity.
Monitor timelines of vendor, monitoring negotiated orders to maintain timely fill of positions. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Contacts vendors if application flow is inadequate. Escalates vendor issues as appropriate and provides recommendations to management.
Leverages in-depth knowledge of business practices to identify and problem-solve anomalies, including trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, design and implementation of solutions.
Promotes mission, vision, and values of SCL Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Two (2) years analytic experience
One (1) year healthcare experience
Experience working with databases
