Summary--Epic IT TRAINER, ClinDoc
The IT Trainer is a full-time, exempt/salary position on the UCHealth Epic Training team. You may be based in Metro Denver, Fort Collins or Colorado Springs. Travel among all UCHealth sites will be required.
This is a PROJECT ONLY opportunity; the anticipated end date is six months from date of hire. We are in the middle of the budgeting season so this could end up extending past the six months. Primary focus will be to handle build for the upgrade to v2018, NOVA notes and online learning for the MD applications and others. We are seeking instructional design or Epic experience with ClinDoc Orders and ED.

· Delivers lesson plans and curriculum utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, and demonstrations. Responsible for the evaluation of training materials/evaluations to measure the success of course objectives and/or program effectiveness.
· Documents advanced issues and workflow changes during training sessions works with Supervisor to implement changes needed.
· Provides advanced support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues.
· Provides guidance and training to other team members.
High School Diploma or GED
3 years of relevant experience
Instructional Design experience with Epic MD applications
ClinDoc Orders and ED experience
Healthcare training experience
Online training experience
A range of experiences will be considered for this position including Mid-level and Sr Trainer.
