This is a full-time, exempt/salary opportunity on UCHealth's Epic Cadence team focused on template optimization. This position is based in Metro Denver. Regional travel among all UCHealth sites will be required.

As an Epic Cadence Analyst, you will design, build, test, implement, and support information technology solutions to meet operational, technical and clinical needs. You will work closely with customers to document requirements and communicate effectively with customers and peers to implement changes. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of small projects. This is a position on the Cadence team focused on template optimization
Primary focus is optimizing provider templates.
Assists with the development and installation of assigned systems.
Tests and troubleshoots existing and proposed assigned system(s).
Works with customers to determine operational and clinical needs which may be met through the use of IT services and solutions.
Provides support and troubleshooting to end users. Documents end-user issues and recommends steps to prevent recurrences.
Creates documentation to allow others to support the IT solutions and services appropriately.
Communicates issues to management appropriately.
High School Diploma or GED
1year of relevant experience
Healthcare IT experience
Epic Cadence certification
A range of experiences will be considered for this position including Associate, Systems Analyst, and Senior Systems Analyst.
