Business System Analyst to support Medical Staff Office with development of software application from Morrissey used to create provider profiles and quality data for Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE). This role would work directly with medical staff to ensure Morrisey system is providing actionable data to monitor the performance of providers that are on staff at UCH.

Adding/Maintaining Security Groups and Users
Configuring System Control Options, Defaults & Configurables
Work with OPPE team and other internal teams for data validation during implementation phase which will include two specialty reports developed by Morrisey and the next three developed with Morrisey's help.
Troubleshooting/viewing basic errors from the application
Supporting MPPR Users/ Report Viewers for first level issues also escalating issues to MPPR support if necessary
Maintain active training notes and Assist in training the full-time employee
User Support duties
Providing application support to users/end-users based on organizational support model used
Internal Morrisey liaison for application support issues
Primary contact with Morrisey's Support Help Desk
High School diploma or GED
3 years of related experience.
