CPR is looking for independently licensed behavioral health counselors (LCSW or LPC) for our new Casa Grande Outpatient Clinic . This is a new specialty clinic on the campus of Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. Outpatient Counselors are responsible for intake assessments, evaluations, evidenced based treatment, and discharge planning for clients with behavioral health and substance abuse disorders. Counseling services include individual, family, and group sessions.
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners - MUST HAVE
Must be at least 21 years of age per Arizona Administrative Code R9-20-204.
Current or eligible for Arizona Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card
Upon hiring would need to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification for Children and Adults
Arizona Driver’s License
Current Auto Insurance
Current Professional Liability Insurance
Experience with Evidence Based Treatment Modalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, Bilingual abilities are a plus

CPR’s Tempe and Scottsdale Outpatient Clinics are designated as National Health Service Corp (NHSC) approved sites. We will be applying for the Casa Grande Outpatient Clinic in early 2018. This is a great benefit that allows clinicians to repay their health profession student loans in exchange for a two-year commitment to work at an approved NHSC site.
