Day shift- Flexibility to work evening and weekends when needed is a must
Lead and train Service Excellence Representatives at Welcome Desk, Resource Service Center, and Surgery Liaisons.
Oversees scheduling, resource person, system expert.
Help grow Resource Service Center service offerings.
Provides support to Supervisor(s) and Manager.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
ï¿½ 3+ years experience in customer service environment preferably in healthcare settings
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft, Excel, and proficient at typing
ï¿½ Able to perform the Service Excellence Representatives and Surgery Liaisons duties.
- Love to smile! Want to make a difference!
- Prior Lead or supervisory experience particularly in a hospital.
- College degree in healthcare administration or business
