Centura Health Physician Group has a wonderful opportunity for a full-time advanced practice psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The position provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation, inpatient consults, and medication management services at our medical office located in Penrose Hospital under the medical directorship of a psychiatrist. The right candidate will join an established practice that focuses on professional excellence, patient relationship, treating the whole person, body, mind and spirit while embracing preventive medicine. Providers are expected to round in the hospital to further support the Behavioral Health program to include substance abuse program, Employee Assistance Program and integrated Behavioral Health programs.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Graduate of Accredited School Of Nursing.
• Masters degree in Adult Nurse Practitioner or related degree
Must have or be eligible to obtain Full Prescriptive Authority in the state of Colorado
Current Registered member of the Colorado Advanced Practice Registry
Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association
