Partner with Corporate Service Center Leaders by leading day to day human resources initiatives, program and cultural alignment. This role will require expertise in complex employee relations ranging from corrective actions up to investigations. Position will proactively seek solutions to business challenges, develop action plans, and implement necessary changes to facilitate consistent and rapid response to requests of management which requires a sense of urgency and customer service oriented mindset. The Sr. HR Generalist guides all associate relations, educates managers on HR policy and supports a positive fast paced changing working environment.
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other business related degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements
5 years Human Resource Generalist experience
Proficient knowledge of JCAHO, healthcare recruitment, project management, legal compliance and implementation of training and development programs
Knowledge of development and implementation of training programs
Ability to make independent decisions
Subject Matter Expert in ADAAA and FMLA
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
