The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible supporting the VP of Quality in advancing the organization's quality improvement goals and for creating and maintaining a culture of continual regulatory readiness. The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager will be active in patient care areas, observing practices, reviewing medical records and collaborating with management, front line staff and the medical staff when there are opportunities to improve the organization's compliance. The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager will lead the Regulatory Readiness Committee, lead the organization in survey readiness activities, facilitate all accreditation and certification surveys and keep all licensure current. Supervises employees as required.
Experience in quality and regulatory compliance in a hospital setting desired.
