Shift: Days (11:00a-7:30p)
Performs advanced secretarial functions required in preparation of correspondence and complex reports, spreadsheets and graphs. Screens, refers and replies to telephone inquiries, greets and directs visitors. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, maintains files and record systems(s). Works on assignments that are moderately complex. Plans, organizes and priorities own tasks and responsibility according to department(s) director. Involves project work assignments.
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of business college or other comparable secretarial training preferred
Work Experience Requirements
4 years or greater of advanced secretarial experience.
Ability to speak, read and write the English language
Must have advanced word-processing skills, excel, spreadsheets, graphs; power point or similar software, etc.
Demonstrates proficiency with standard office equipment.
Ability to prepare presentation reports.
Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
