The Recruitment Coordinator is a role that is responsible for providing high-level transactional hands-on administration and support to physician and advanced practice provider recruitment activities, strategies and objectives. This role provides project coordination, customer service, process effectiveness and efficiencies and organization throughout the entirety of the recruitment and on-boarding process. This role provides direct support to applicants, candidates, human resources, hiring leaders and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process. This role is responsible for facilitating a high level of collaboration with the team to understand goals, timelines, priorities and deadlines.
Minimum Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Must have at least one year of recruiting related experience, with three years of experience preferred.
Previous healthcare background is highly preferred with specific knowledge of the medical/physician/provided community.
Superior marketing and public relations skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to present
practice opportunities in a positive manner. Required ability to cold call and build relationships by phone/email using job boards and social media sites to generate awareness and candidate flow.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior grammar and proofreading skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization. Demonstrate a professional
and adaptable demeanor with internal and external clients, including administrators, physicians, peers, and support
Ability to exhibit and act with a sense of urgency, and demonstrate the ability to work as a team, with flexibility in work habits to schedule and meet the needs of the medical staff.
Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills.
The ability to multi-task, planning and prioritizing a large volume of detail-oriented work in accordance with changing deadlines.
The ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, and follow through to accomplish results.
Strong computer technology skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint. Demonstrated ability to conduct Internet research in an efficient, productive manner.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment law/EEOC is highly preferred
Valid driver's license required and means of transportation.
