Day-to-day responsibility for planning, organizing, developing, directing, coordinating and evaluating the quality of direct patient care throughout Shaw Regional Cancer Center.Emphasis is placed on safety, service and satisfaction as it relates to clinical practice, quality patient outcomes, leadership, staff development and professionalism.Ensures interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments to facilitate optimal patient outcomes throughout the continuum of care.

1.Graduation from an approved school of nursing
2.Master's degree required
3.Completion of advanced practice degree (Clinical Nurse Specialist or Nurse Practitioner) required
1.A minimum of two years of experience in oncology setting required
