Graduation/anticipated graduation date
NCLEX results or testing date
Hospital and unit name of Senior Practicum and all clinicals

Cover letter stating why you want to join our program.
Letter of recommendation. While there is no required format, we suggest this letter serve as a reference and ideally will be written by an instructor, manager, supervisor, peer, fellow students, physician or other credible reference who can attest to your character and passion for the nursing profession).
Unofficial nursing school transcripts.
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing within the last 12 months
Associates Degree in Nursing required
Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
RN License required at least 2 weeks prior to cohort start date of 2/25/2019;Â Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
BLS from the American Heart Association required
RNs with prior acute care experience are not eligible for this program.Â
