The Implementation Manager directly and indirectly manages implementation of technology solutions.
Project manager for technical and training work streams associated with a physician practice acquisition or opening. cal and training
Leads Centura IT (Epic, Desktop and Training) and CHPG Operations teams to meet onboarding deadlines for new clinics and providers
Manages deployment of Informatics and Credentialed trainers for clinic openings ,
Works with other Centura business owners (e.g. Revenue Cycle, IT, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Centura facilities) to ensure current and future technologies are successfully integrated with operational work flow
Works with Clinic Integration and Onboarding teams in planning and onboarding new providers and clinics
Project manager for the CHPG Operations components of technology implementations with a focus on business analysis, change management and solution research and design.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
5 years of experience in running programs and projects, preferably in an Ambulatory setting.
Experience implementing software in an ambulatory practice setting in a project or program management role strongly preferred.
Professional work. Must be able to work independently.
Physician practice experience required.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Masterâs Degree in Healthcare related field or Information Technology preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. Willing to complete PMP certification within 24 months of employment.
Physical Requirements -Â Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally)
