Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the facility and daily upkeep of public areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Dust, vacuum, and clean all offices, hallways, lobby, entryway, restrooms, and client areas.Restock all restrooms with appropriate paper supplies.
Identify maintenance needs (lighting, repair) while completing regularly assigned duties and notify maintenance of such through use of Maintenance Request form.
Collect and dispose of all facility trash.Coordinate removal of all hazardous and/or oversized waste.
Conduct inventory of all facility cleaning and paper supplies on at least a monthly basis.Notify appropriate personnel of all restocking needs.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are kept in working order at all times.Lock equipment away from client access when not in direct use.Keep equipment within eyesight and away from client access when in use.
Assist in preparation for special functions, tours, and inspections.
Must have the knowledge and ability to strip and wax floors in the facility.
Ensure that all floors are mopped and buffed, carpet cleaned, and chairs cleaned.
Ensure that all walls, baseboards, and corners on hallways are kept clean.
Clean up trash in parking lot and keep the front are of the building clean.
