Responsible for managing a broad spectrum of responsibilities and requests having to do with patient care and satisfaction in a Physician office practice, to include but not limited to: answering multiple phone lines (overflow calls), performing referral authorizations, contacting and pre-registering new patients, rescheduling No Shows, proposing prescription refills, performing venipunctures, injections and rooming patients . Also cross-train to fill in as a Medical Assistant and Front Office staff as necessary adheres to policies and procedures governing Primary Care Associates. Creates a positive impression at all times while contributing to a lasting professional relationship with patients. Ability to multi task in a busy physician practice accurately. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
