The Director of Human Resources has 24 hour a day, seven day a week responsibility for the Human Resources Department. This individual ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. The Director duties would also include full-cycle recruitment process, employee relations, HRIS, employee file organization and Joint Commission compliance, workers compensation, performance evaluation process, employee benefits and general compliance with ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA and all other federal, state and regulatory compliance guidelines.

Education: Master in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred. Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience: 3+ years in human resource administration preferred.
Licensure/Certification: PHR or SPHR preferred
Knowledge: Prefer knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning human resource administration in health care setting.
