The role of the Advisor is to design and implement organizational development solutions across Centura Health to support the culture and organizational capacity that is needed to achieve business objectives. The incumbent is responsible for activities including human performance and organizational assessment, intervention plan development, recommendation and execution, and communicating with key stakeholders about intervention effectiveness. In this role, the Advisor is responsible for integrating organizational and talent strategies aligned with Centura Healthâs 2025 business strategy to optimize long-term performance.  This role is responsible for enabling and developing Centura Healthâs internal talent and organizational culture. In this position, the individual will have the opportunity to integrate organizational and talent development principles with Centura Healthâs business goals. This position is accountable for assessing, designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive talent management and organizational development solutions and articulating dynamic leadership development pathways within our healthcare system in a way that reflects and amplifies Centuraâs brand.  This role is responsible for effective integration and partnership with an internal, multi-disciplinary people and culture team (People and Culture Development, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, Workforce Planning) and consulting with business, physician, clinical, and HR leaders to support the continuous development of Centura Healthâs workforce capabilities. The People and Culture Development Advisor is a member of the People and Culture Development team. Applicants will have demonstrated experience and success designing and delivering effective, comprehensive organizational and talent development solutions germane to the talent life cycle (e.g., attraction, onboarding, development, performance, succession, retention, engagement). What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:  - Master's degree REQUIRED - preferrably in Organizational Development, Psychology, Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.Â
- Minimum 7 years of experience performing organizational development consulting duties (e.g., internal consulting and coaching, organizational development, change management.
- Certified in Hogan's Assessment Battery (HPI, HDS, MVPI) is preferred.Â
- Experience in a complex multi-site organization in an intermediate to large size organization (15,000 to 25,000 FTEâs).
- Experience in a healthcare environment and working with senior level management is a plus.
- Possesses strong knowledge of OD theories, philosophies and methods
