Cedar Hills Hospital and Outpatient Services - located just 15 minutes from downtown Portland - is a 94-bed, free-standing psychiatric hospital  and outpatient center specializing in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. The Director of Clinical Services for Inpatient and Outpatient provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at both the inpatient and outpatient facilities; ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility's performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include oversight of all administrative processes, oversight of management systems for all clinical services offered at both facilities, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of evidence-based clinical treatment programs. This position is also responsible for the strategic direction and growth of all outpatient programs, including meeting all clinical and financial performance goals on an ongoing basis.
