Home-care Physician in  – Full Time + Benefits & Part-Time Positions

 Our company is seeking physicians with a passion for end-of-life care to join our team as a Home-care Physician. You will be providing high quality patient centered care through an interdisciplinary team approach to patients residing in varies communities wherever they call home.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the medical care and treatment of patients rendered by the hospice interdisciplinary team (IDT)
• Work in collaboration with the Hospice team manager and Medical Director to supervise the staff and volunteers of the hospice IDT to assure the maintenance of quality standards of care for patients and families
• Participate in the clinical education and training of hospice patient care, admissions, and administrative personnel
