The OPPE Coordinator assists in supporting quality, safety, and service initiatives and goals of the organization and department using Continuous Quality Improvement methodology in managing data collection, analysis, and reporting outcomes. The OPPE Coordinator manages data related to regular biannual reviews of performance. In this role, you will regularly interface with Quality departments at all Tower Health hospitals and will be cross-trained to support and facilitate the Medical Staff Peer Review process to measure, assess, and improve provider clinical performance on an organization-wide basis. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, or a health-related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- RN licensure within the State of Pennsylvania
- National Quality Improvement certification preferred
