Responsible for the direct supervision of scheduling agents, management of available resources and the prioritization of tasks. Manages daily operations including, but not limited to, Meditech maintenance, staff education and evaluation, customer service initiatives, call center equipment, process improvement, and development of departmental policy and procedures.
High School diploma/GED, Minimum 1 year Secondary Education
Medical Assistant, LVN or RN preferred
1 year hospital experience in Case Management/UR or scheduling environment
Ability to listen, interact and communicate verbally and in writing.
