The Facility Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supervising the on site processing, inventory and delivery of all orders. The coordinator prepares schedules for the on site operations, attends in service presentations, and completes mandatory education week, including but not limited to, infection control, patient safety, quality improvements, MSDS and OSHA standards. The coordinator also demonstrates knowledge of occurrence reporting system and utilizes system to report potential patient safety issues.
This is a full time position located at Los Robles Hospital.
The ideal candidate proactively prioritizes needs and effectively manages resources. This candidate also has strong leadership skills and the ability to guide individuals and groups toward desired outcomes, setting high performance standards and delivering leading quality services. The ideal candidate has three to five years of experience in material management. An Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or similar field is preferred.
