Havenwyck Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Community Liaison to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.
The Community Liaison will serve in the capacity at the behavioral health facility as department management team members. Establish and maintain long term business relationships with referral sources for the purpose of providing on-going customer service and increasing admissions, patient days, and net revenues.
Community Liaison duties include but are not limited to:
Actively supports, promotes and works to fulfill the Mission, Vision and Values of Havenwyck Hospital.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Assist in the development of the quarterly marketing plan, track progress and analyze results.
Utilize the UHS accounts management system and other tracking tools to monitor referral development efforts, admissions by referral source and the effectiveness and quality of service delivery.
Identify new business development and marketing opportunities.
Organize seminars and other special marketing events.
Assist and support clinical staff in problem solving, resolving complaints and communication problems with referral sources.
Contact referral sources through face-to-face visits, meetings, exhibits, presentations, interview, and telephone calls.
