This position provides support services to the Corporate Ethics and Compliance and Audit Services Departments. Support is estimated to be as follows: 25% Corporate Ethics, 75% Compliance and Audit Services. The individual working in this position must have strong organization, written and verbal communication, prioritization time management, and critical thinking skills. Key requirements include: maintains confidentiality, supports Ethics and Compliance/Audit operations; performs case activities from intake to resolution; assists in the preparation of agendas, reports, presentations, etc. Complies with the Memorial Health Compliance Program, related policies and procedures and the Code of Business Practices; reports instances of perceived and actual non compliance to Team Leader or through other reporting mechanisms.

Secondary training beyond high school
Bachelor's preferred with healthcare experience.
