Responsible for management of population based and clinical or translational research projects including implementation of protocol development, IRB submissions, project planning, team management, project tracking, study finances, and data collection and assisting in the creation of final reports and publications.
Secondary responsibilities include assisting with the development and management of new projects.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, science or other health-related field with a minimum of 5 years related research/project management experience required.
Master's degree in health sciences, public health or related field with a minimum of 3 years related research/project management experience required.
***(INCLUDE IF APPLICABLE TO POSITION / DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS)*** Certification through the Society of Clinical Research Associates or the Association of Clinical Research Professionals preferred. Achievement of certification within two years in the position required.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically performed in an office or laboratory environment.
Travel is required 20% of the time.
Work varies between 1st and 2nd shift depending on research project needs.
