The Senior Security Architect role is accountable for leading Centura Health cybersecurity strategy to ensure theÂ confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT systems enterprise wide. The Senior Security Architect maintains a pulse on cyber threats and ensures our policies, processes and technical controls are optimized to identify, prevent or respond judiciously to cyber-attacks. This role is also accountable for ensuring compliance to regulatory and control frameworks, as well as architecting programs that support the continuous management of these frameworks. This role is also a consultative liaison to all other IT departments to ensure adherence to security policies and procedures or to advise during new technology implementations, roadmaps or strategies.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
Minimum Experience Requirements 10 years in an enterprise security role or as a system/network administrator. Experience with project management or large-scale technology deployments. Proven record of developing infrastructure strategies or technology deployments to resolve business problems. Experience leading a team of Security personnel. Highly technical across a broad range of computing platforms and network protocols. Experience installing, administering, and maintaining cybersecurity products such as SIEM, IPS/IDS, PAM, firewalls, CASB, email filters, endpoint security, or vulnerability scanners. Working knowledge of regulations such as PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, or NIST. Ability to read, analyze and interpret security and technical periodicals, journals, technical procedures or governmental
Bachelors - Required
A Cybersecurity certification from (ISC)2, SANS, or CompTIA such as CISSP, HCISSP, CCSP, GCFE, GSEC, Security+, CySA+, CASP+.
Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
