Maintain facilities and grounds to ensure continual utility and life safety systems are operational and intact at all times.Â Maintain facility and grounds to conform with JCAHO and all other applicable regulatory agency requirements are met.Â Provide support for all other building projects as assigned.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
High school diploma, or GED preferred
Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance field or construction related background.
One year of Healthcare related experience preferred.
Valid Colorado driverâs license.
Physical Requirements -Â Â Vision sufficient to read records, instruments, documentation, and blue prints.Â Hearing sufficient to interact with clients who may be unable to speak at normal voice level.Â Mobility (including lifting of 75 pounds, bending, stooping, reaching) and dexterity sufficient to handle required equipment and tools associated with job assignments.Â May be subjected to biohazard infectious materials, potential exposure to communicable disease, exposure to extreme weather conditions, exposure to hazards related to building systems.
