The Food Services Resource is responsible for overseeing and assisting with the daily work assignments performed in the Nutrition Services departmentÂ including food preparation and delivery, catering, sanitation and stocking. This position will be responsible for providingÂ orientation and training to new and existing staff. Responsible for following Colorado Department of Public Health andÂ Environment Safe Handling Guidelines regarding food safety and sanitation. Will provide excellent customer services whenÂ working with patients, visitors and other staff members. The Nutrition Svcs Resource may perform work in one or more ofÂ the following areas: Barista, Cashiering, Catering, Dishwashing, Floor Stock, Food Preparation, Meal Assembly and Service,Â Meal Delivery, Sanitation, and Tray Collection.
Please note:Open Interview sessions will be held on Tuesdays between 2pm & 4pm. Interested parties should report to the cafeteria and ask for a Supervisor.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Two to four year of previous food service or healthcare experience; equivalent education and experience may beÂ considered
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
CPFS or other Food Service Safe Certification preferred
Physical Requirements - light work - Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up toÂ 10lbs frequently
