Delivers direct clinical services such as Individual, Group or Family Psychotherapy, couple counseling, crisis intervention, case management, outreach services, and serves as a mental health consultant. Service delivery reflects all relevant age/developmental considerations. Develops comprehensive history on the patient, including psychosocial development, current functioning, presenting problem, and history of treatment, through interviews with the patient, family and/or significant others.Develops written, comprehensive, and psychosocial assessments, responsible for development, implementation, monitoring and documentation of initial interdisciplinary treatment plan. Consult with psychiatrist, program director, nursing personnel and other staff as needed for patient care.
Candidate must have MSW/MA in Social Work, psychology or related field with 2 years clinical experience with adults. Valid NJ Driver's license without restrictions. Computer literate.
