The Patient Care Tech/ CNA performsassigned tasks and activities according to skill level and patient needs asassessed by the RN. The Patient CareTech supports nursing personnel in providing care to patients and assists withproviding a safe, quiet, clean, organized environment for healthcaredelivery. When the need arises, willperform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Certification as a Nursing Assistant required.
High school diploma or GED required.
One year hospital experience preferred.
Knowledge of basic clinical practices, procedures, andstandards.
Ability to work with others as a team to ensure quality patientcare.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and good interpersonalskills.
