A.Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current Colorado CNA License and BLS-Healthcare provider issued by AHA required.
B.Education:High School Diploma orGED required
C.Experience:Successful completion of an orientation program or equivalent experienceand 2-3 years’ experience is preferred.
D.Special Qualifications:Knowledgeof basic clinical practices, procedures, and standards.Ability to work with others as a team toensure quality patient care.Basicknowledge of computer systems and good interpersonal skills.Strong critical thinking skills.
Degree ofSupervision Required: Involves general guidance and direction bythe Patient Care Director, Nurse Manager, Unit Charge Nurse or Staff RN. Employee will be expected to perform most jobduties independently and in accordance with established departmental andhospital policies and procedures.
