PositionSummary: The PM&RSecretary III is responsible for scheduling patients, insurance verification,patient admission, and preparing/discharging patient’s files.In addition the PM&R Secretary III knowsand utilizes proper telephone etiquette in answering and directing all incomingcalls; promotes smooth and efficient communication within the department.The PM&R Secretary III is alsoresponsible for daily tracking of patient charges and daily reports.The PM&R Secretary III also assists with clerical and other relatedduties as required or assigned by supervisor.Equipment used may include, but is not limited to: computer andtelephones.The PM&R Secretary IIIdisplays positive support for the values and mission of RMC.
