High-resolution anatomic and functional images allow our radiologists to detect tumors smaller than a centimeter, visualize tiny cartilage tears in joints, and track down infectious diseases in their earliest stages.
With advances in interventional radiology techniques, Radiologists can now treat aneurysms with minimally invasive stents, or deliver chemotherapy drugs to tumors with pinpoint accuracy.

Performs MRI diagnostic procedures. Operates MRI equipment and prepares the room with the necessary equipment and supplies for the procedure. Is able to provide care for his/her assigned patients. Maintains technical skills, IV competency, and is responsible for the use of equipment to minimize hazards and maximize patient safety while maintaining A.L.A.R.A. standards and performs other duties as assigned. Secondary duties include clerical duties, receptionist, answering phones, scheduling patients, ordering supplies, stocking the department, maintaining files and general cleaning. Assist in collecting data for PI monitors and conducting QC on equipment. Adheres to the Rose Code at all times.

Graduate accredited school of medical radiography, preferred to be MRI registered
Clinical rotation or 1 year experience minimum
