Minimum Education Requirements Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Preferred: Membership in Colorado Speech-Language Hearing Association (CSHA).
Minimum Experience Requirements One year as Speech-Language Pathologist. Preferred: Home Care or Long Term Care experience.
License/Certifications Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP); Membership in American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA); Current Colorado drivers license; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required for facilitie Automated External Defibrillator (AED) preferred for facilities without an AED.
