The Patient Care Tech/ CNA in the Float Poolprovides assistance with Patient Care standards. The Multi Skilled Technician performsdelegated duties consistent with his/her scope of practice, under thesupervision of the RN and assists with direct patient care; functions withinthe philosophy and overall plan of care delivery at SMC.
