Supports the recruitment efforts of the Hospital Division Talent Acquistioin team, particularly focusing on the managing the onboarding environment.
Essential Functions: (Those functions that the individual who holds the position must be able to perform unaided or with the assistance of reasonable accommodation).
Provides guidance to recruiting team on onboarding processes and procedures
Serve's as escalation resource regarding onboarding process/procedure issues
Prepares information necessary to escalate, address and prioritize onboarding
process/procedure issues
Utilizes system generated reports to ensure tasks are completed prior to new hire start date
and/or within regulatory guidelines
Escalates and communicates hiring issues to the appropriate level.
Educates recruiting team on background check process changes
Ensures overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of complex and cross-functional
project oriented work efforts.
Develops and maintains processes for reporting
Conducts Field level training for facility based employees
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma. Some college preferred
2 years customer service and/or telephone sales experience
Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean and wears appropriate identification while on duty.
Completes annual health, safety, and education requirements. Maintains professional growth and development.
Maintains confidentiality of all patient and/or employee information to assure patient and/or employee rights are protected.
Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the patient population served.
Reports to work on time as scheduled; adheres to policies regarding notification of absence.
Attends all mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.
Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
Communicates the mission, ethics, and goals of the hospital, as well as the focus statement of the department.
Maintains current licensure/certification for position, if applicable.
Consistently demonstrates Guest Relation's skills to patients, physicians, visitors, employees, and any other individuals with whom they may come in contact.
Consistently follows departmental and hospital Health, Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials policies and procedures.
