Provide routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. Other responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members. Works under minimal supervision and mentors/coaches less experienced facilities staff. What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School diploma or GED
Three years refrigeration experience Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English Basic computer skills
Current Journeyman license, Masters license or EPA Universal Refrigeration, or refrigeration certificate CFC Certification
Valid state drivers license Hours:M-F 7am-to 3:30pm - 1 week of On-call every 3-4 weeks- need to be able to respond with in 30 minutes for any on-call pages Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly Your Connected Community When people and places align, incredible things happen.
