Under general supervision performs clerical functions required in preparation of correspondence and complex reports, minutes and memos. Screens, refers and replies to telephone inquires, greets and directs visitors. Handles incoming and outgoing mail, maintains files and record systems(s). Operates standard office equipment. Drafts response memos for supervisors signature. Prepares special presentation/ reports and spreadsheets. Leads projects and any other office duties as it relates to the department(s) business needs.
What You Bring/Job Requirements
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
2 years general office or secretarial experience. Proficient in word-processing, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrates proficiency with standard office equipment. Knowledge of preparing presentation reports. Ability to type 55 wpm.
Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert/lift up to 10 lbs. force occasionally)
