Education and Experience 1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, required. 2. Contact Center with drug information and/or telephonic triage experience, preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; uses interpretation services when needed to assist callers. 2. Excellent customer service skills. 3. Ability to quickly learn and interpret medical information, recognize and capture adverse drug events and product complaints. 4. Ability to work in a fast and intense environment, responding to multiple inquiries, researching specialized industry resources, following specific protocols and accurately documenting all information received and provided. 5. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills; exercises initiative and professional judgment in selecting proper resources and actions. 6. Knowledge of techniques, methods and competencies of clinical pharmacy practices. 7. Knowledge of safety principles in a non-patient care environment. 8. Knowledge of standards, policies and procedures of Denver Health and RMPDC. Computers and Technology 1. Demonstrates advanced computer proficiencies, including excellent typing skills and the ability to work among multiple databases. 2. Demonstrates advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Certificates, Licenses and Registration 1. Possession of a valid and active Pharmacist License with ability to reciprocate to Colorado, required.
